My work begins with observation. I am drawn to atmosphere, silence, weather, memory, and the subtle details that can disappear when life moves too quickly. Photography gives me a way to hold those moments long enough to understand them.

Deanna Miranda is a photographer based in Corpus Christi, Texas, whose work explores the Gulf Coast, changing weather, personal memory, and the visual poetry found in everyday life.
Her photographic practice spans fine-art landscapes, visual diary work, editorial imagery, food photography, and commercial photography.
